The Byron Hotel is a charming, small establishment set within an elegant townhouse on a wonderfully quiet street, just a short walk from Kensington Gardens and the nearby underground station. The reception is staffed around the clock, with someone always on hand, which adds a reassuring sense of security. The hotel itself is stylish and impeccably clean. While the rooms are on the smaller side—more in keeping with a two-star property—they are thoughtfully arranged and perfectly adequate for a city stay. What truly sets the Byron apart is its staff: exceptionally friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. They even offer to store your luggage after check-out, which makes exploring London on your last day much easier. All in all, it’s a delightful, well-kept hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and an excellent location.
I had an amazing stay at the Byron Hotel in London! Everything was super easy from check in to check out, which made the whole experience very cruisy. I loved it so much that I even extended my stay, that’s how much I enjoyed being here. The location is right by Hyde Park, with public transport just around the corner, and close to everything you could possibly need in London. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable which is exactly what you need in a big city. A special mention goes to Smile, who gave fantastic hospitality throughout my stay. He is incredible at his job and truly made me feel right at home. Smile will definitely be missed! I’ll really miss my time at the Byron Hotel, and I can’t wait to come back. Rooms are small; however, there was more than adequate storage space. The room I stayed in had a mini fridge and microwave as well. It was nice to have ac to cool off at night. Location is perfect with two Underground Stations within a quarter of a mile as well as proximity to Kensington Gardens. Loved the neighborhood with the shops and restaurants nearby.
Stayed at Hotel for one night on a solo business trip. The hotel is spotless with 24hr reception. Check in was smooth and hassle free. Location easy access to rail bus tube network and was actually a very quiet place to stay. The rooms are small but I expected this as read other reviews so knew to expect a bit of a smaller space. Although small the rooms genuinely was clean and tidy with a comfy bed. Added bonus is the air conditioning which was brilliant.
Location could be ideal for HydePark, Kensington and Paddington. Hotel was clean and had all the basics and the main point which is the shower was good !
My mom and I stayed here at the end of June and we had a wonderful time. Great service and friendly staff. Adrianna was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are a little small, however I think that’s common with a lot of hotels in London. Nice clean rooms everyday and a delicious breakfast with a variety of things to try. Location is also great if you want somewhere quieter.

We had a really nice stay during our visit. The location of the hotel is perfect. All staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was a little bit small but i think it can be accepted as ‘okay’ in compare to London hotel’s. The bathroom was quite clean and bedsheets too! Overall we had a pleasant experience there!
